Photocopying – Digital Printing Rates
The following prices apply to copies made from printed originals produced on standard 20-lb and 24-lb weight paper (white). Copies are produced by experienced operators - you get better results without the waste.

- Printing from PDF files is subject to a RIP fee of $5.00 per file if print-ready and requires no modifications.

Confidential copying service
We offer a private work area and storage of sensitive documents. Ideal for lawyers, doctors and anyone else that handles confidential information. We can callate, copy, cover and bind these materials using either Cerlox or Wire-D.
File Submission Information
Digital printing is applicable to a wide variety of print jobs that would normally run on a press. We do everything we can to make it easy for you to get your job to us and approve the results.
- We accept both PC and Mac file types.
- We accept files in PDF (preferred), Word, Publisher, Power Point, Quark, AI, PSD, EPS and others.
- Files can be uploaded through our FTP site.
- Virtually unlimited input file size.
- We also accept files on CD, DVD, ZIP and other backup devices.
- We offer on-line PDF proofing, see it before it prints.
- For files requiring modification and/or setup (such as multiple up) our prepress time is billed @ $45/hr.
- Prices are based on standard-weight bond stock. Many other paper types and stocks are available at a moderate up-charge.
- For non-PDF files be sure to outline fonts and include graphic files.
- For jobs with a bleed, allow .25″ on all edges.
